Service Description

Private Hypnobirthing Australia™ Refresher Classes are also available! This is a great option if you have done the course before and wish to recap the techniques and deep relaxation practice before your next birth. Some like to do their refresher between 20-30 weeks and some prefer to do it after 30 weeks – that is completely up to you. The refresher course is usually run privately by the practitioner and is 3 hours in total and includes your tuition for yourself and your partner.
